3D laser cutting is mainly used for automotive industry needs, processing of pressed car parts, precision welding, and pipe/profile cutting and welding.
Low-volume shaped sheet metal and prototype parts can be processed via 5-axis laser cutting without requiring mold production, up to x=4000 mm; y=1250 mm; z=750 mm for steel sheets up to 15 mm, stainless steel up to 8 mm, aluminum sheets up to 6 mm, with our CNC TRUMPF TLC 1005 4 KW and CNC TRUMPF TruLaserCell 7040 5 KW 3D machines.
